Recognizing Tension Headaches

It is the most common form of headache. It’s called the tension headache. Tension headaches get worse as the day goes on. You actually feel the pressure in your forehead and into the back of the head, past the occipital muscles. A tension headache is relatively easy to deal with if you can find out what has lead to the difficulty.
